Copa Budget Inn

The clerk was friendly while checking in. This was the only motel listed for Medicine Lodge. I think there were 7 or 8 vehicles parked by rooms when I stayed. I didn't want to have to drive to Pratt or Alva for this trip. Room was decent, although needing renovation. The AC worked incredibly well!

The Copa was very reasonably priced, great service, great owners, and very clean older hotel. Great experience.

The information from Expedia, the motel website and the way were treated was totally different. Expedia said check in and check out is 12:30. Motel website said check in at 3, check out at 11. They knocked on our door and told us to get out at 10am then proceeded to argue with me about their own check out time.

The hotel has been updating rooms lately, I travel in the area once or twice a year. Convenient location, centrally located.

Staff were exceptional. Rooms were acceptable. Clean but no frills. Had all amenities expected. Also was there during winter and snow.

Los encargados son personas pésimas, me estafaron pagué una reservación online y cómo llegué al hotel a las 12:00 pm no me quisieron atender y al día siguiente a las 7:00 am me dijeron que ya había perdido la reservación , en fin ni me dieron la habitación ni me devolvieron el dinero. Les sugiero que piensen en quedarse en otra lugar y no ahí.

This place was such a disappointment. Upon arrival the room smelled awful, the bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator and microwave had dust on them like they hadn't been cleaned, and the microwave didn't work. The hotel attendant did replace the microwave with one that was working. I paid $69 for this room! Very overpriced for what you get.

Definitely worth the price I would stay again.

Older motel at a smaller Kansas town.

Needing some maintenance care bathroom door not closing properly, water a sink no cool water.
I am sure they would have switched rooms if we asked. But we checked in late stayed one day off next morning early.

The guys at the front desk are rude and service was just terrible.

Great price but the bed was extremely hard

He talked on the phone the entire time he was checking us in. Then they never cleaned the room. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

Affordable, clean, well maintained, convenient and surprising. We will return!

The room obviously has been updated. This is an older location but the room was clean and comfortable.

The free WiFi was unreliable but I was told that upgrades were to be installed the next day.

The heat/AC unit was mounted so high that I had to stand on furniture to turn it on and adjust the temperature.

I will definitely stay again if I need a room in the area.

ctly what I expected. The room was clean and everything in the room worked well. It was very comfortable. The lady at the desk was very friendly and quite helpful.

I'm not sure if Dawn at the front desk is the owner but she is rude as heck. Customer service is not her strength. Given the economy and the fact it is such a small town (not a real tourist Mecca) you'd think she'd appreciate her job and the business. We stayed there only because we absolutely had no choice.

My husband and I are professional truck drivers. We stayed here once because our load was not ready to pick up. The motel has been updated. The rooms are small, but tidy. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The continental breakfast was decent. The staff was very professional and courteous. The king bed room rate was very reasonable. If you are staying in Medicine Lodge, I would highly recommend this motel.
