Decent place, but wouldn’t choose it again.
Pros:

A pretty room in a nice location. Very comfortable, and easy walking along the lake. Really enjoyed the mineral bath.

Cons:

Never saw the staff - except the nice man who delivered breakfast & fixed the issue we had in the morning. There was a horrible sound coming from one of the chargers near the head of the bed & no way to turn it off. Was a rough night sleeping as a result, despite the bed being very comfortable.

Was fine for one night.
Pros:

It was an okay location and the room was clean. Had its own bathroom and tv. Had free parking for us.

Cons:

It smelled very strongly of cigarettes. No staff at the property. Only stayed one night but it was not an overly enjoyable place to stay. Felt quite old and dingy.

Pros:

We had a really nice stay here. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful, traditional Japanese style, which made the experience feel very authentic. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast and was very complete and tasty. And the onsen was amazing, definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

Incredible in-room amenities and private tap onsen!
Pros:

​I have never seen a hotel room packed with so many amenities! Aside from a washing machine, it basically has everything: a karaoke setup, a TV loaded with movies ready to watch, adjustable lighting, a comfortable sofa, a fridge, a microwave, cups, and a complete set of face care products (including options for men). The standout highlight was the spacious private bathroom with 24-hour real onsen water piped directly from the tap. Plus, there are unlimited free drinks available right in the corridor!

Cons:

The toilet room was a bit small and the bed felt a little old, though the bedsheets were spotless and completely clean.
