Extended Stay America Bellevue

Slow to get me in the room. Everything outside the room looked old and on the dirt side. The room smelled, short on room, not set up correctly, lamp on the floor, and looked like the manager had to stop cleaning it to come check me in at check-in time.

I liked that it was quiet and within driving distance of a walmart and a few restaurants.

I did not like that the room I was given, #224, was in very bad shape. The walls were spattered with various substances, One lampshade was smeared with something brown. The carpet was sticky and stained, with patches of ground-in goop of some kind.

The television screen was visibly damaged to the point where it was barely watchable. And someone had plastered what I assume was wax over the cable box.

I also began to notice cockroaches on the second day of my stay.

Front desk will answer phone. One can not get service of fresh towels or extra blankets except for 11am-9pm.

My reservation was cancelled on the day and not honoured. I was not able to stay.

This hotel is getting a remodel. I hope it turns out better than it was for our stay. Since they have rooms out of service the choice of rooms are slim. We thought we were getting a room with a king size bed but no it was a double size bed with a broken bed frame. We got moved to a 2nd room with 2 beds mold on the walls, microwave did not work an we seen a few cockroaches the toilet constantly had water running in to it. I did report everything to management. It’s Very up setting that we did not get any type of compensation for the condition of the rooms. :(

Abandoned vehicles full of used tires in lot. Room was real dirty and unvaccumed.

Check in is easy and the gentleman at the front desk, Mit, is a fantastic property manager. I had a great room with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette, at a very affordable price! 10/10 will stay here again.

Will never ever stay here again was not clean. There were no trash cans also tv wasn’t working so went to front desk no one was there and there was a sign to pick up the phone and dial 0 for service and who answered stated there would be no one at front desk til the AM then ended leaving the property because I found several bed bugs and have to put all my belongings in plastic bags and tie them up and go to laundry mat immediately to wash them and threw some things away! Will never recommend this place!

I'll let you decide, just look at the pictures. The gentleman at the front counter seemed nice enough but being nice at the front counter doesn't change what the room look like. Hmmm. Stuck on this page and it will not ket ne add my photos

I stayed only because the price was afordable. The pictures on line is nothing AT ALL of what they look like. There are roaches, they dont use housekeeper carts, they use grocery carts to go and clean rooms. Beds are on the floor, mold in the bathroom on ceiling due to exhaust fan not working. Lamp was literally broken in half so it was hanging there, no smoke alarms at all...they were ripped off the walls. The dirt everywhere and pee around the toilets. Its like a horror movie. I dont understand how it is legally open. The health department needs to be notified.

Check in is ALWAYS a breeze and the front desk gentleman is ALWAYS pleasant, patient, and The key card was not consistently working but was immediately repaired

Whatever you do don’t stay here. Was only there an hour and my microwave was sparking like someone had put a fork in it, there was a random mattress in the middle of the floor and to top it all off my wife finds a bed bug. So at almost midnight I pack everything back into the car and drive to my in-laws. When I notified the staff he immediately jumped into telling me that I can’t get a refund and by the look on his face I can tell this happens often. Don’t waste your money spend the extra $10 to stay at the other hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and check in was a breeze. My room is nice and the bed is comfortable and clean.

Poor customer service. When I made my Reservation and Booked my room I requested and early Check-in. I arrived at around noon and check-in was posted at 3 pm; however, online it was reported to be 2 pm. When I asked for early, I was told it would be an additional $20. I asked why, because this was a pretty huge hotel, and there were less than 10 cars in the entire parking lot. I was told it's because when he called is "Uncle" he was told to charge me $20. I declined because I chose this hotel for economical purposes, so why pay extra? When I checked out, the same man asked me to post a good review. I laughed, I said I was going to post a review, but it wouldn't be good. He told me again that is Uncle told him to charge me $20, and that they did not read my request for early check-in. I told him that was another reason for me not to give a good review. He told me NEXT TIME they would give me early check-in. I told him there will be no NEXT TIME! LOL....Amazing!! Very poor customer service in my opinion.

We got to the first room and it was dirty so they moved us and it wasn't the cleanest either..the front desk could not get the TV to work,the had to mess with the heater and no towels in the room..they don't really understand English very well or speak it they have a person staying here with a dog that has went after my son,they say they don't understand what we are saying... look at pictures..

The room was so dirty

Was going fine until we started noticing cockroaches and we left and went to the front office and they didn’t even say sorry or anything.. not worth the 75 for the honeymoon suite. Refused to do a refund.. lost the money

My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. The room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was polite, attentive and professional. 10/10 worth the affordable price.
