最高でした。また利用したいと思います
Pros:

受付のスタッフの方がとても丁寧で優しかった
お部屋が清潔で広々としていて値段以上の満足感があった
お部屋にカラオケがついていた

Cons:

カラオケのマイクが機会の付近でしか反応しなかったのが少し残念だった

のんびり新横浜で過ごす
Pros:

飲み放題は有難いです！クロークも親切丁寧でした

Cons:

なぜかエレベーターになかなか乗れず、何か勘違いされてる方がしたから上がってきて乗ろうと思うとドアをしめられてしまいます、連続4回乗れませんでした
改善要だと思いました

横浜でイベントあるときは毎回利用したい
Pros:

一番のポイントはチェックアウト時間が12時という点。これは本当に助かる。おかげで起床後に朝食済ませて湯船に浸かるなどゆっくりできました。

あとはウェルカムドリンクの存在が大きい。フロント階に各種お酒の原液やドリンクバーが置かれており、滞在中は自由に飲むことができる仕様。おかわりの際にフロントまで毎度エレベーターで降りなくてはならないのはご愛嬌。

実際、このホテルを選んだ理由は上記の2つがでかい。値段も横浜という立地を考えたらかなりお手頃だと思われる。

Cons:

正直悪い点はないが無理やり書くとするなら、階段を使えずエレベーターでないと移動できないことかな。とりわけチェックアウト時間の際にはエレベーターが仕様率がピークに達するため、12時に間に合うように退出したのになかなかエレベーターが使えずもどかしかった。ただ、ホテル側も承知しているみたいで、10分程度遅れても追加料金は請求されなかったので不満はない。
