Custo Beneficio ok, valor é justo.
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Educação dos atendentes e disponibilidade em ajudar a resolver os problemas.

Cons:

Muito barulho de avião, as janelas poderiam ser acpusticas. Pouco pontos de tomada no quarto.

Minha estadia foi o que procurava, proximidade da FEICON e só.
Pros:

Fui para a FEICON e tão a localização foi muito boa.

Cons:

Barulho de avião quase que de minuto a minutos, parando as 22 e voltando as 6 da manhã.
E tbm tinha uma obra do lado e com muito barulho como é de toda obra.
