Simples, mas boa. Custo-beneficio razoável.
Pros:

Localização boa, bom café da manhã (qualidade, apresentação, higiene), chuveiro com a água bem temperada, bom atendimento da portaria, acomodações simples, mas boas. Bom ar-condicionado e tv funcionando. Boa limpeza!

Cons:

Banheiro sem porta e sem boxe, pia sem bancada (só a cuba), maçaneta externa da porta do quarto não fixada (saiu na minha mão, quando puxei), rua do motel toda esburacada. Ah, me cobraram R $ 10,00 a mais por eu ter feito o check-in meia hora antes. O motel tb precisa repintar paredes, vi várias partes descascadas.

Cons:

O cheiro de cigarro eu pedi um quarto para não fumantes, mas o quarto estava muito fedido a cigarro, e a torneira da pia do banheiro do 06 onde eu fiquei hospedada não saia água
