Pros:

Localização é excelente, perto do centro de Nilópolis é muito perto da estação de trem da supervia, o que permite chegar ao centro do Rio e ao Maracanã com facilidade dentro de um tempo razoável de deslocamento, café da manhã honesto, cozinha e atendimento pelo cardápio funciona bem, banheiro e chuveiro excelente.

Cons:

São acomodações de motel, então a cama, para dormir, as vezes deixa a desejar
