Restful, simple, no frills, super close to Gua Kelam and very kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Seeing the cave and forest every morning. I was here during the heavy rains and floods in Nov 2025 and this guesthouse was my sanctuary for a few days. It’s a very peaceful place and the staff was really lovely and helpful. The coffee shop just a minute away was also a source of comfort in the bad weather.

Peaceful place
Pros:

Peaceful environment near to nature, in a small town. The town itself is quite lively in the morning. Right next to Gua Kelam and nearby Wang Kelian. 20 mins drive to Padang Besar.

The hosts were friendly and ready to help. They offer day trips or tours for customers who don't drive for a charge, so it was convenient for me.

It has all the facilities needed to make the stay comfortable. Just know that you'll wake up to birds chirping or sleep to crickets singing, so light sleepers shouldn't expect more. You'll also sometimes find insects flying around the lamps. Just keep the windows and doors closed.

Peaceful and serene location.
Pros:

The owner was warmth and friendly. Perfect location. Clean and well maintained property.

It would be great if living area provided with simple chair or stool for elderly whom cannot sit on the floor.

A marvellous and memorable stay.
Pros:

The unit that we stayed in (Superior Queen) was quite spacious and clean. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Very polite and helpful staff and owner. If you are visiting Wang Kelian Viewpoint and Gua Kelam, this would be a perfect place to stay. Gua Kelam is just next to it while Wang Kelian Viewpoint is about 5km away. Padang Besar is only 15km away from this property. It has ample parking space and we are able to park our car right infront of the unit. Good security and well maintained surroundings. Our stay was very comfortable even though it was a short one.

Cons:

Minor weakness had been highlighted to the staff for improvement. Overall, we loved staying here and had nothing much to complain about 😁😁

Super dekat dengan border wang kelian. Kluar guest house 6am utk beratur dekat border. Dpt beratur awal utk tunggu border ke satun yang dibuka jam 7am. Jarak ke border dlm 10-15min.. otw ke sini pun xde la gelap sgt.. byk je rumah org kampung
