Pros:

During my 30-day motorcycle tour around Japan, I often chose love hotels because they were usually outside busy city centres, easy to access, and offered covered parking, much larger rooms and bathrooms, excellent privacy and far more amenities than typical business hotels.

Restay Koakuma was another very comfortable stay. The covered parking directly underneath the room was perfect for my motorcycle, and the room was spacious with a large bathroom, good amenities and even a small private sauna, which was great for relaxing after a day of riding.

The property is a little dated, but everything was comfortable and functional, and the staff were helpful. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable two-night stay.
