Quiet, clean and comfortable in a great location
Pros:

We had room 3B. Because it is on the 3rd floor, it had amazing views of the surf. It was worth the climb up the steep narrow staircase. The room had a large (fairly private) balcony. The room was large and had nice clean white linen. It was modern enough but still had some traditional charm. The bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet room. We slept well. The hotel is in a great location - right on the beachfront but close to the main street with lots of restaurant options nearby.

Cons:

The staff were polite and efficient but not really friendly. The included breakfast was basic but fresh and tasty. Unfortunately there were no Indonesian options for breakfast.

Great location, newly renovated rooms are perfect!
Pros:

Great location, top rooms had unbeatable views of the local surf breaks, pool was a good size!

Cons:

Can't fault the room we stayed in up the top. Newly renovated, nice and clean.

Best holiday, staying at Linda’s was a dream x
Pros:

Location and great for kids (pool has shallow end) easy to watch them from the side. Good food

Cons:

Some of the rooms has quite high and steep stairs to get to which were a bit dangerous for the smaller kids.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The location was AMAZING - right on the beach - beautiful views - especially sunsets over the ocean. I had read previous reviews about complaints of building last year - well it was worth it as I was in one of the new rooms and they were FANTASTIC.

Cons:

That I had to walk down an alley way and along sand with my suitcase as that was the only entrance to hotel - but it wasn’t too far at all - just didn’t realise - the location and views made up for it.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Our stay at Linda Beach Hotel was incredibly disappointing and fell well below even basic expectations. Access to our room was via a very steep staircase, which felt unsafe, particularly when carrying luggage. This should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. The room itself was in poor condition. There was visible mould in the bathroom, on the walls and on the curtains. Mould is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern, and it was obvious that these issues had been present for some time. The air conditioner did not work, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. When we raised this with staff, we were told the hotel had “run out of power” and were advised to keep the door shut. This response was frustrating and made little sense given the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken and could not be shut at all. What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room, but the apparent lack of concern when these issues were reported. Guests should not have to stay in rooms with mould, broken fixtures and non-functioning air conditioning, nor should they be met with excuses instead of solutions. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance and guest service. The photos speak for themselves.
