Lugar en extraradios de valencia apacible y tranquilo
Pros:

lo que mas me gustó fue la ubicacion del apartamento y la tranquilidad de la zona. Zona universitaria y con vecinos tranquilos.

Cons:

Las paredes son de papel y no están aisladas de ruidos. Si hablas normal en las habitaciones contiguas se oye todo.

Pros:

proche de l'université et du métro pour aller en centre ville, sa terrasse pour dîner au frais, la salle au rez de chaussée pour se réunir le soir, le distributeur de boissons/en cas, l'ascenseur
