From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. This is a very low end budget hotel. Experience not to be repeated.

Pros:

Room and wash room clean.

Cons:

No electric kettle,glass or water bottle in the room. When I ask just 30 minutes more till 1pm for check out the receptionist ask me extra money even she has no further booking. Location is not good. No near by tuk shop. No attractive location in surrounding. If you add just 20 Ringgit you can get more ideal location even on main beach. It's far from beach. Approximately 1.5 km from beach.

very friendly staff, but there was no tv and the cleanliness is very bad.
Pros:

the staff was really nice, the customer service who helped us when we called was also super friendly. it is also a 10-13 minute walk to the beach (pantai chenang) which was also very nice.

Cons:

i was told that there would be a tv in my room, there was none (in both rooms)
the warm water does not work, so be prepared to shower in cold water
there were stains (looked like blood) on my walls and my towels had yellow stains on them too.

Cons:

They are scammers. First of all they had over booked. I then stayed in a different room and paid cash after they requested me to cancel the online booking. They then charged me on card as well after not responding to the fee waiver cancellation. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
