Прекрасен хотел
Pros:

Хотелът е изключително добре поддържан, с безупречна чистота във всички части. СПА зоната е на високо ниво и предлага разнообразие от басейни, които създават чудесни условия за релакс. Има отлична анимация за деца, което го прави много подходящ за семейства. Ресторантът също заслужава внимание – храната е разнообразна, вкусна и добре приготвена. Като цяло престоят ни беше повече от приятен.

Cons:

Лично на мен матракът на леглото не ми допадна – беше доста твърд и неудобен. Също така, поради големия капацитет на хотела, в ресторанта често се създаваше значителна навалица по време на закуска и вечеря, което понякога нарушаваше спокойната атмосфера.

Nice big spa hotel in the centre of Bulgaria;
Pros:

Very big hotel. The fitness gym is very good. Also the pools.The rooms are big and convenient . Polite and helpful staff.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, the pool, the spa, the activities for the children, the food... everything was excellent.

Cons:

The stone marble between the pools is very slippery, and when it gets wet, children and adults slip and fall. I hope there won't be a worse accident.

Хотелът е удобен и чист. Места за паркиране има достатъчно. Храната е хубава и персонала е вежлив. СПА и масажите са супер.

Cons:

Нулева комуникация по телефона с рецепцията- просто не си вдигат телефона. Звънях в деня преди резервацията до на другия ден до 10ч и се отказах. Даже и на въпрос през Букинг, защо не си вдигат телефона, не ми отговориха. Просто го имат формално и явно не си дават зор, защото хотела е пълен.
Наложи се да звънна на моб.телефон на отдел Резервации и там всичко беше ОК.

Doğanın ortasında kafa dinlemek ve termal keyfi yapmak için çok iyi bir seçim.
Pros:

Havuzlar ve diğer olanaklar gayet güzel. Kahvaltı ve açık büfe akşam yemeği çok iyi. Odalar çok geniş ve yatak konforlu. İlk girişte güvenlik görevlisi park yeri konusunda yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

Bu otel tarlaların ortasında ve o yüzden aracınız yoksa otelin içinde vakit geçirmeyi göze almalısınız. Resepsiyondakiler ilk checkinde biraz soğuk ve kabalar. SPA resepsiyonundakiler de ilgisiz davrandılar. Oda çok genişti fakat çekyat yoktu.
