Great place to relax!
Pros:

Beautiful facilities, location is nice in Kazanluk, BG. Great Saunas, very spacious. Great Lounge, Disco and nice beds and rooms. Pool area is lovely, like a modern take on an ancient Roman Bath House.

Cons:

Lack of a cold plunge is noticeable. They have a cold water bucket but it’s not the same.

Хареса ни локацията и спа центъра.

Cons:

Изключително разочароващо беше като се опитахме да си пуснем филм на телевизора от стаята в под менюто ,, Филми'' и трябваше да си заплатим между 7 и 12 евро за филм. Мисля, че имаше грешка от страна на персонала в спа центъра и бяхме таксувани за масаж, който не бяхме ползвали. Храната в основният ресторант за нас лично не отговаряше на цената за нощувка в хотела и 5-те звезди. Леглото беше доста твърдо.

Pros:

Хубав и красив хотел, различава се от другите спа хотели. Басейна, спа центъра и фитнеса са много хубави!
Храната в главния ресторант Тракия е хубава и вкусна, има разнообразие.
Стаите са просторни, чисти, уютни и с много хубава гледка!

Cons:

Имам забележка към персонала, понеже не ти обясняват кое, как и защо трябва да се случи. Разбираш някой неща след като ти направят забележка. Като цяло ако не питаш, няма да ти кажат нищо.
На една от вечерите в ресторанта Тракия нямаше хлебчета може би 40/50 минути, на другата пък същото беше с плодовете и по-точно с ананаса!
