Lively spot
Pros:

A good location for access to the beach, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and simple. This is a lively spot at a crossorads and above a restaurant. You can hear the music loudly until midnight when it all goes off but you will continue to hear the party goers through the night.. Not a problem if you are one of them .There is no receptionist, they meet you on arrival to check in. The view was amazing from the communal window. We had a side view but could see the sea. There is plenty of parking nearby.

Cons:

We were asked for cash on arrival. The room smelt of cigarettes. One pillow each and only sheets. No additional blanket.

Pros:

Lovely room, clean, comfy bed, good shower, corner balcony, super sea view and very close to the amenities and the sea.

Cons:

The music from all the beach clubs is very loud, and I must be getting old because it was all a bit too much for me. Thankfully I had earplugs!
But most people coming here are coming for the whole experience...and the hotel, room, etc is all excellent. I would recommend this hotel to people.

Güzel konum.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu iyi. Restoranlara ve plaja yakın. Otelin teras manzarası güzel. Genel anlamda temiz bir yer. Odalar her gün temizleniyor, havlular değiştiriliyor. Balkon olması iyi. Karşısında iyi bir süpermarket var. Alt tarafında bulunan Island Restaurantın yemekleri çok başarılı.

Cons:

Çalışan Asyalı hizmetlilerin yüzü hiç gülmüyor. Selam bile vermiyorlar. Rezervasyon yaparken geniş bir oda istemiştim ancak otelin en küçük odası verildi, valizimizi açacak yer bile yoktu. Geniş bir odaya geçireceğiz dediler ama yapmadılar.

A személyzet kedves, a szobák rendezettek és gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a tengerre. A strand 2 perc sétával megközelíthető. Étterem, bolt, kávézó, tömegközlekedés elérhető a hotel közvetlen környezetében.

Great place to stay when visiting Ksamil
Pros:

Great location, close to the beach and the various amenities.

Cons:

Some local construction, but once that’s completed, it should be terrific!

Thanks for making our stay as great as we expected

Amazing location. The view from the balcony is priceless. Super clean.

Cons:

It was almost impossible to find someone in the reception. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower is not the best as you splash all the bathroom.

Superb
Pros:

nicely located hotel with a beautiful view on the sea and a big balcony, comfortable bed, aircon working very well, warm in the room in a cold weather outside. In front of the hotel very well equipped supermarket. In the season it looks like there are also restaurants around and even in the hotel building itself but in Feb it was all closed. Good location of the hotel - easy walk to all the Ksamil beaches. Very nice owner.

Cons:

it would be really great if out of season when all restaurants in Ksamil are closed (literally ALL) the hotel could provide some cooking stove or microwave plus plates/cutlery. In the room there's only kettle and cups but no chance no prepare other meals unless you buy plastic plates and cutlery which is not very eco.

Great location, exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located. Shared Balcony to the front and rear to enjoy sunset and our room also had its own balcony. The staff were exceptional went above and beyond to help with taxi, recommendations and even printing our tickets for the ferry back to Corfu.
