Pros:

Bel hôtel en bord de mer. La chambre était spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner était bon. Il pourrait être plus varié. La piscine devant l'hôtel était relaxante. La plage était à deux pas. Sabina, la réceptionniste, était très accueillante et polie.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus variable.Il y avait tellement de monde en cette saison que c'était un peu fatiguant et de la musique live le soir depuis l'hôtel à côté

L'hôtel est plutôt chouette, avec une proximité direct à la plage. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Peu de variété pour le buffet.. La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de neuf concernant la robinetterie. Porte d'accès terrasse impossible a ouvrir. Manque d'animation. Lit très dur..

A szálloda maga jól felszerelt, jó az elhelyezkedése, de 5 csillagos szállodától azért távol áll.

Nem volt csak műanyag és papír pohár.
Egyszer a lift elromlott és nem működött a vészjelző sem benne.

Hotel 5 stelle, ma non si capisce come e perchè.

posizione dell'hotel

Cons:

pulizia e logistica in generale, la tv aveva solo canali albanesi e la musica assolutamente assordante proveniente dall'area bar impediva di dormire prima di mezzanotte. Senza contare che la musica era di pessima qualità....

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Ein kleiner Punkt, den wir anmerken möchten: Beim Essen wurden wir oft gefragt, ob wir schon fertig sind, um die Teller abzuräumen. Das hat uns sehr gestört.

La struttura è adeguata per il tipo di soggiorno ricercato, la camera era molto spaziosa, si trattava di un appartamento all’ultimo piano composto da due camere (una con due letti singoli, una con letto matrimoniale) e due bagni, più un balcone per ogni camera. Abbiamo scelto una formula all inclusive che comprendeva colazione, pranzo, cena, snack di metà pomeriggio. L’assortimento era vasto e il menù differente ogni giorno. Forse da rivedere l’assortimento di dolci che si presentava pressoché statico e che girava intorno ai dolci a base di cocco rapé, in più alcuni dolci come quello alle noci presentava all’interno pezzi di guscio. La posizione è sul lungomare di golem, zona molto frequentata e contornata da altri resort come questo. Piscina privata e spiaggia attrezzata.

Cons:

Poca chiarezza su come prenotare i lettini in piscina.

Wollte Urlaub mit meinen vierjährigen Tochter machen zwei Nächte 480 € bezahlt. andere Rezeption war keine nett die Dame waren sehr unfreundlich und unsympathisch. Man hat das Geld bezahlt, die Karte vom Zimmer erhalten und das war’s auch schon. Man hat nichts weiter erzählt, was man unternehmen kann. ich hab mich persönlich sehr ausgenutzt gefühlt zwei Nächte habe ich bezahlt. Eine Nacht bin ich geblieben und am nächsten Tag bin ich wieder weggefahren. es ist familienfreundlich, aber im Gegensatz, das war überhaupt nichts von familienfreundlich. laute Musik bis Mitternacht. Mach mal bis 1:20 Uhr. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht Von Minibar braucht man nicht reden. Es war einfach ein altes Kühlschrank reingesteckt, ohne Getränke ohne gar nix. es war zu viel verlangt mir Getränke ins Zimmer zu bestellen lassen mit Bezahlung natürlich nicht einmal das hat funktioniert. ich bin der letzte wo eine Bewertung schreibt oder überhaupt eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben möchte. Aber da habe ich mir vorgenommen, dass ich die anderen Leute warnen würde weil man wird einfach nur von A bis Z nur ausgenutzt und mehr nicht!!!
Die laute Musik Livemusik und wir standen in zweite Etage. Das ist zwar so laut, als würde der jenige in unsere Zimmer singen. Wie kann man bei so einem Lärm schlafen vor allem ein kleines Kind wo vier Jahre alt ist sowas wird überhaupt nicht . Hauptsache, die machen ihren Umsatz, die Leute trinken machen tun und das aber auf die Gäste wird kein Rücksicht mehr genommen 0,0 solang, sobald sie schon bezahlt haben. manchmal habe ich sogar Angst gehabt an der Rezeption was nachzufragen, weil ich schon so böse angeschaut wurde und deswegen würde ich am liebsten aller allerliebsten nicht mal 1 Stern geben, sondern -10 Sterne
Tut mir leid, dass ich das schreiben muss und ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben aber ich denke das ist genug, dass man weiß, wofür man da Urlaub machen sollte. Ich wüsste jetzt nicht wofür .

Pros:

Für ein 3.5 Stern wäre es gut, aber nicht für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das All inclusive ist auf einem tiefen Niveau, besser vor Ort oder sogar günstig und besser im eigenen Hotelrestaurant essen.
Zum Flughafen mit eigenem HotelTaxi mussten wir in ein anderes Taxi umsteigen da der Fahrer in eine andere Richtung fahren sollte. Sehr umständlich weil schon Gäste im anderen Taxi drin waren und alle Gepäcke nicht Platz hatten. Ich musste die 23kg Gepäckstück auf meinen Beinen aushalten.
Mehr als ein Sorry gab es nicht.
Daher würde ich in dieser Gegend ein anderes Hotel berücksichtigen.
…. Und die 50 Euro Hinterlegung wurde bei der Abreise vergessen auszuzahlen, ich hatte dann auch nicht gerade gedacht. Mit Mailverkehr wurde der Betrag innert kurzer Zeit dann aufs Bankkonto überwiesen.
