Goed hotel, maar er zijn denk ik betere en gunstiger geprijsde alternatieven in Ksamil
Pros:

Grote ruime moderne kamer met ruim balkon. Parkeerplaats voor het hotel. Superlocatie, vlak bij alle uitgaansgelegenheden. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Derde bed was ontzettend hard, staff kon geen oplossing verzinnen dan een andere kamer, die uiteraard hetzelfde harde bed had. Uiteindelijk hebben we maar een matras van een zwembadbedje mee naar de kamer genomen. Tot onze verbazing werd het bed incl ‘extra’ matras elke dag keurig opgemaakt! De accommodatie was behoorlijk aan de prijzige kant.
De airco unit hing op het balkon, zodat elke middag de ‘Nijl’ van condenswater over het balkon stroomde.
Geen waterkoeling voor de natte badkleding.
Het zwembad had een ontzettend hoog chloorgehalte.

Een zorgeloos en heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie met geweldige service!
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers waren kraaknet en modern ingericht. De locatie is perfect: op wandelafstand van de mooiste strandjes van Ksamil.

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets – alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, intorno ci sono supermercati ed a pochi passi ristoranti e le spiaggie più famose. La colazione era ben assortita, c'erano poche scelte per chi predilige i dolci, ma tutto sommato c'era un po' di tutto. La piscina era sempre molto libera, alcuni pomeriggi ne abbiamo approfittato avendola tutta per noi. I ragazzi presenti alla reception sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La pulizia della stanza veniva fatta tutti i giorni, c'è un piccolo parcheggio a disposizione di fronte all'hotel

Cons:

Eravamo tre persone in una camera tripla, in sette giorni ci hanno dato solo due rotoli di carta igienica, uno dei quali su richiesta. Il bagnoschiuma spesso veniva dimenticato ed una volta ci hanno dato un solo asciugamano. La pulizia giornaliera non era delle migliori, seppure venisse fatta tutti i giorni. Nei cassetti a disposizione c'era un dito di polvere.
