Gostei da localização ...bem perto da estação de trem
Tinha restaurante perto ...posto de gasolina ...banco 24 ...e farmácia ,a única coisa ruim ...mas e normal que vc tem o frigobar ...mas uma água 7 reais ...enfim mas e normal
Só uma coisa a televisão não funcionou

A hidro é só banheira pq nada de massagem…
Ao pé da cama tem um patamar branco onde batemos o pé com frequência… somos da melhor idade 67a; falta de tomada para carregar celular, só existe 1 do secador de cabelo;

Por ser do lado de uma das maiores estações de trens da zona Leste
CALMON VIANA então dava para escutar quase toda vez que chegava e o partia os trens.
E é uma avenida também de bastante movimento
