Pros:

Самият Град Сърница

Cons:

Стари и захабени мелели ,банята стара и не подържана , басейна водата ледена ,сауната и парната баня не работеха изобщо ,И най големия проблем ужасен шум от колите и камионите който минават постоянно а самите стай са буквално на 2 метра от главния път .🤦‍♂️ Не препоръчвам този хотел 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Pros:

Rs passte alles, eine Rezeptionistin sprach deutsch. Englisch kein Problem. Essen war sehr gut. Im Zentrum ist man in 10 Minuten. Alles Top.

Ни си заслужава парите категорично. Стаите и банята са неподдържани. Овехтели мебели, жълти чаршафи, мръсно в банята. Семпла закуска!

Pros:

The SPA Center is really cozy, equipped with a sauna, steam bath and nice-sized pool, as well as a salt room.
The restaurant atmosphere is very nice with delicious food, the Rhodopian mountains are around you. The City center is just a few minutes walk on the main street. I was there during the summer.)

Very poor quality of the water, room. We wait hour and half for the food st the restaurant. The heating system was not working at the room.

Cons:

We came to hotel on Friday 28th July 2023 at 7 pm but it was closed.
I called to phone No from reservation and they said that our reservation was cancelled.
I was shocked. They sent us cancellation email the same day 6 hours ago.
We didn't have connection to internet so we had no chance to receive this information.
The woman on the phone sent us to different hotel which was twice as expensive as Ardo Hill Hotel.
Very bad experience. Never again Ardo Hill hotel.
