Pros:

die Lage am Rand des Dorfes mit Blick auf die Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Cons:

die Dusche ist sehr klein bemessen
der Self-Check-in und das Öffnen der verschiedenen Türen mittels App auf dem Smartphone ist gewöhnungsbedürftig

Optimales Übernachten für einen Kurztrip inkl. Badelandschaft Bad Zurzach!
Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, das Self-Checking funktionierte einwandfrei und so waren wir flexibel. Das Zimmer + Badezimmer war klein, aber fein. Alles sauber und sehr ruhig, ok, es war auch sonst sehr ruhig in Zurzach. Die Lage ist super, wenn man ins Thermalbad will, es sind ein paar Minuten zu Fuss.
Es hätte auch eine benutzbare Küche gegeben, die sah toll aus, wir haben sie aber nicht benützt. Aber alles in allem super, kann ich nur empfehlen.

De passage.
Pros:

La situation géographique par rapport au centre-ville.

Cons:

1. Le système de réservation électronique avec gestion de "50 mails": très peu confortable. Jusqu'à l'arrivée, je n'étais pas sûr de pouvoir accéder à la chambre.
2. Un mail le matin de notre départ me signifiant que la copie du document d'identité n'était pas accepté et donc la réservation (faite plusieurs mois plus tôt et confirmée) devenait subitement invalide.
3. Une erreur de dates lors de la réservation à 23h du soir en mars, faite par erreur pour le même soir en étant à Lausanne. J'ai appelé ensuite pour demander l'annulation, mais celle-ci a été refusée et j'ai donc dû payer 2x les deux chambres. J'ai trouvé cela très peu commerçant.
JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS cet établissement pour le côté inflexible et très inconfortable du système au multiples e-mails.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Der Check-in hat leider nicht funktioniert. Erst als ich angerufen habe. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war aber sehr freundlich und konnte das Problem lösen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Thermalbad.

Cons:

Check in und Out etwas kompliziert für Menschen die nicht viel am Handy sind. Einrichtung eher alt und abgenutzt.

Pros:

L'accueil est lamentable. Samedi 24.5 le lien devant me permettre d'obtenir des accès ne fonctionnait pas.
Un jeune couple de clients à tenté de m'aider sans succès...D'autre part , le personnel de la reception, bien que poli et aimable, pourrait opter pour un allemand académique avec une cliente ne maîtrisant pas la langue...Pour les cas exceptionnels et d'autant plus le samedi soir , une solution de dépannage devrait être facilement accessible ! Je suis une marcheuse et je ne vous dis pas les difficultés que j'ai rencontrées pour me loger !!!
Dans votre immense complexe je trouve désolant qu' aucun employee ne soit VISIBLE !!!
J'ose espérer que les 120.- que j'ai payés me seront remboursés...

Je n'ai pas pu accéder à la chambre que j'avais réservée...le lien ne fonctionnant pas !

Lage und Grösse des Zimmers gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 449 war trotz minus Aussentemperatur nicht beheizt, also nicht bezugsbereit!
Bei telefonischer Rückfrage hiess es: Radiator aufdrehen.
Nach 6 Stunden war die Temperatur erträglich.

sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet, hat such Fahrradraum, Küche etc.

Cons:

bürokratischer digitalhindernislauf bis angemeldet. ohne telefon ist man verloren, kann nicht einmal eintreten ins haus.
