Schöne, ruhige Lage und Zimmer
Pros:

Lage, ruhig, Balkon, Self Check-in.

Cons:

Schlüssel Aktivierung ewas mühsam im Samsung Standardbrowser. Firefox einwandfrei.

Bett dürfte etwas bequemer sein (härter), ist Geschmacksache.

Super freundliche Chefin -sehr hilfsbereit. Gab uns tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Ruhige Lage Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut.

Cons:

Ungepflegter Balkon. Föhn funktionierte nicht.

sonst alles gut hab einen schönen Geburtstag in Bad Zurzach verbracht .
Pros:

Balkon war auch vorhanden Zimmer war gemütlich und Bett war auch gut .

Cons:

besser hätte sein können das die Heizung noch geht leider waren die Heizkörper im Bad und Zimmer kalt und das bie Aussentemperatur von unter 10 grad ! Sehr schlecht um nach dem Duschen raus zu gehen !

Cons:

Das Online Check In ist eine Herausforderung. Trotz Zahlung bekam ich tagelang keine Bestätigung. Die Chat Antworten waren teilweise recht unfreundlich u nur bedingt hilfreich. Dann vor der Hoteltüre, ich alleine mit der App. Ich habe es immerhin in fünf Minuten geschafft den richtigen Schlüssel von ca 5 od 6 richtig anzuwenden. Ich war wirklich erleichtert als sich die Türe endlich öffnete😅

Wenig Sauberkeit in top Lage

Einfacher Buchungsvorgang, günstig, top Lage

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber: als ich auf dem Klo sass habe ich gedacht, hinter der Türe liegt der Staub wohl schon länger... auch die Bettdecke hat gerochen als hätte ein seeeehr starker Raucher darin geschlafen. Oder Lagerung der frischen Bettwäsche in einem Pub?
Auch das Zimmer roch extrem nach Rauch. Ich musste 3x lüften (Stunden nicht Minuten) und Habe Deo auf den Teppich und das Bett gesprüht. Ich hätte sonst nicht schlafen können. Es hat sooo gestunken. zimmer 340.

Cons:

Il check-in online va bene ma è stato molto complicato riservare e ottenere le chiavi per 2 camere. Il problema è che non è possibile riservare per più persone con un solo account. In più non possedendo tutti uno smartphone è stato molto complicato l'aprire le divrrse porte per 2 camere cin un skli smartphone. Sarebbe stato più comodo se avessimo potuto programmare una carta per camera. Purtroppo non c'erano più carte a disposizione.
