Zimmer voll mit Insekten - daher nicht wieder!

Ruhige Lage, schöner Wellness Bereich

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Appartement einen starken Insektenbefall, überall krabbelten die Tierchen auch auf dem Bett. Erst nach der 3.Reklamation und der Androhung sofort auszuhecken gab man uns ein anders Appartement. Leider war auch hier wieder ein paar Insekten, aber noch so dass man es aushalten konnte.
Es ist für mich völlig unverständlich, dass ein 4-Sterne Hotel so reagiert, bzw. sollte Appartements überhaupt anbietet. Auch die gleichgültige Reaktion, dass wir erst mehrfach reklamieren mussten, zeigt keine professionelle Handhabung. Man hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt oder sich mit einem Freigetränk erkenntlich gezeigt. Ich würde daher dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, insbesondere da wohl laut andern Mitarbeiten der Insektenbefall bekannt ist!
Auch das Rührei beim Frühstück war ungenießbar.

Hotel Waldeck immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Freundlichkeit v. Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, bequeme höhenverstellbare Betten. Reinigungsfrau immer nett. Sauberkeit im ganzen Bereich. Frühstück reichhaltig, frisches Obst, sogar Sekt. Essen sehr gut, wir wurden immer freundlich und flink bedient. Auch vegetarisch empfehlungswert. Preise sind real. Die Lage direkt im Wald / Kurpark. Man kann alles zufuß erreichen. Therapiezentrum im Haus.
Wellnis- Pool klasse.

Cons:

Im Speisesaal hat uns der Hinweis auf Steckerlfisch / Karfreitag gefehlt. Hätten wir
gerne gegessen.
Wünschenswert wären frische Semmeln, keine eingefrorenen- wurden nur aufgetaut.
Die Bade/handtücher im Wellnisbereich müssten mal erneuert werden.

Das Highlight des großen Zimmers war die Whirlwanne u das elektr. verstellbare Bett. Genügend Stauraum u Ablageflächen. Wäscheständer am Balkon.

Cons:

Ein Vorhangstore beim Fenster wäre praktisch.
Boden der Dusche für meine Begriffe zu rutschig.

Pros:

Wunderbar ausgestattetes Zimmer, direkt am Park/Wald gelegen, alles im Haus - Sauna, Massage, Pool und Restaurant. Mit Baby für uns perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
