Das Bett war für uns nicht bequem, aber das ist immer subjektiv.

Trotz der Kritik kommen wir gerne wieder. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Rundgang durch das Haus. Alles sauber und viel Licht- sowohl Tags als auch am Abend.

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant. Versehentlich wurde beim Abendessen falsch gebucht- zu unseren Gunsten. Kellnerin kam zu uns, forderte die 5,90 nach. Kein Problem, aber eine Entschuldigung wäre nett gewesen!
Beim Frühstücken beobachteten wir die Service-Kräfte. Es kamen Familien mit Kleinkindern. Sie mussten erstmal den Hochstuhl suchen. Die Damen standen untätig am Tresen. Sowas geht nicht!!!
Noch eine letzte Bemerkung: unverständlich ist für uns, dass an der Küche, beim Frühstück, am Empfang Kassen stehen, um Trinkgelder zu geben. Das geben wir gerne freiwillig, aber nicht auf diese Art und Weise. Man fühlt sich unter Druck gesetzt, entspricht unserer Meinung nicht den Standart des Hauses.

Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas leckeres dabei. Im Frühstücksraum herrscht wohfül Atmosphäre. Toll auch das Schwimmbad das rund um die Uhr nutzbar ist. Personal seht Kompetent und freundlich
