Superservice und gutes Essen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und lnhaber. Gehen sehr flexibel auf Kundenwünsche ein. Sauberes und aufgeräumtes Hotel, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Hervorragende Küche, besonders die Speisen am Sonntag, Thüringer Klösse Mt 6 Varianten an Braten.

Cons:

Alles war sehr gut.

Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden, das Hotel liegt zentral.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um eine ganz einfache Pension. Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, die Zimmer machen einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Ein solches Hotel zu betreiben, ist legitim. Für ein solches Zimmer über 100€ ohne Frühstück zu verlangen, allerdings ausschließlich der Tatsache geschuldet, dass es in Saalfeld kaum bessere Alternativen gibt. Eigentlich ist eine solche Unterkunft eine Zumutung.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Der Altbau überrascht mit sehr modernen Zimmern. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Most friedly waitstaff and owner ever!
Pros:

We absolutely liked our one-night stay at the Weltrich. We came by train from Berlin that day and arrived late at the hotel with a few food items we had purchased at a local market, including a bottle of wine. The owner, Mr. Weltrich, and an absolutely great and entertaining young lady offered that we take our food out into their idyllic and sheltered backyard surrounded by timber-framed houses. They gave us glasses, dishes and silverware, and the young lady even put a white cloth around our bottle of wine and uncorked it (remember; they have their own restaurant, but did not mind that we brought our stuff and went well beyond our expectations). The hotelroom we slept in was quite large with a comfortable bed and an extra TV room, and we slept like bears. We recommend the Weltrich warmly!!

Exactly what we needed and wanted!
Pros:

Great location and comfortable stay.

Cons:

We were there during off-season and the staff were busy with a private party so we understood that we needed to ask for everything we needed.
