Pros:

Friendly staff
Beds and pillows were very comfortable
Location on the boulevard is great.

Cons:

Shower in the room didn't close properly so had to take care not to flood the room.

Pros:

Top Lage an der Mosel. Einzelzimmer groß mit großem Bett. Gutes Frühstück in einem angenehmen Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Mosel. Hat sehr gut gepasst für die Moselradtour.

Cons:

Ab 18 Uhr war kein Ansprechpartner mehr da. Es gab nur kalte Getränke bis 22 Uhr. Danach wurde. der Raum aromatisch verschlossen. Unter den Namen „Hotel“ hatte ich eine andere Vorstellung.

Pros:

The location of the Hotel was excellent; very close to the centre of Kochem and in walking distance from the castle. The staff was very polite and helpful

Cons:

The parking was too small and I was not allowed to park my SUV car there. The rooms (2-beds) were much smaller than the average rooms that we find on other Hotels at similar price. The variety of the breakfast was limited.

Cons:

Leider war beim Frühstück die Konfitüre in großen offenen Gläsern und mit leider sehr vielen kleinen Fruchtfliegen im und um das Glas. Abgepackte Konfitüre wäre da sinnvoller.

Ontbijt was heerlijk met ruime keuze!

Cochem is een mooi stadje, het personeel van het hotel is vriendelijk.
Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangen, heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was voldoende en lekker. Kamers waren ruim genoeg, bedden lagen aangenaam.

Cons:

Gordijnen op de kamer verduisteren niet, al het licht kwam binnen, zelfs de verlichting van de straatlampen 's nachts. Zichtbare plekken waren proper, maar bijvoorbeeld de achterkant van de lampenkapjes lag vol stof, spinnen en spinnenwebben aan de ramen.

Cochem ist eine Reise wert, aber eher geeignet für einen kurzen Urlaub von 3-4 Tagen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel, dieses war ausreichend groß und sauber. Sehr schöner und ansprechender Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Leider war bei der Buchung über dieses Portal nicht beschrieben, das das Hotel zwar über einen Lift verfügt, dieser aber nur über Forder- oder Hintereingang - Treppen zu erreichen ist.
Des weiteren steht im Portal Parkplätze wären vorhanden, dies ist leider nicht so. Parken im ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernten Parkhaus möglich. Hoteleigene Parkplätze nur 4 Stück - erst vor Ort buchbar, wenn noch was frei ist.
