An absolute gem
Pros:

I don’t think I have ever given a property full marks but this hotel deserves it. After a very long drive from the UK, this property was everything you would want for some rest and sustenance.
We rested then went down to their Michelin star Restaraunt which was glorious.
It was absolutely beautiful.

Wunderbare Lage im Grünen in der Nähe von Dôle. Sehr gediegen, ruhig und mit sehr gepflegten Aussenanlagen, inklusive tollem Pool. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten, Suite mit viel Platz, grosszügigem Bad und Balkon. Morgenessen auf der Terrasse, Abendessen im Haus. Sehr gute Küche, ausgezeichneter Sommelier, den Jura-Weinen verpflichtet (interessante Erfahrung). Preis/Leistung geht in Ordnung angesichts des Gebotenen.

Cons:

Wenig - das Personal wirkte gelegentlich etwas verkrampft. Durchaus freundlich und bemüht, aber etwas mehr professionelle Lockerheit/Aufmerksamkeit wäre vor allem auch beim Abendservice im Restaurant erwünscht.
