Good for price, but rather dated and quite far from harbour and bottom of town
Pros:

Room was very big. Parking right infront on the hotel. Very reasonable pricing.

Cons:

Shower didnt stay up so you have to wash holding the shower head.

Very dated, but fair for the price .

Quite a long way to the harbour walking but again we knew this when booking.

The TVs didn’t work. The bedding was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and my son found a Stanley knife and the bathroom was so mouldy.

The hotel was very shabby it smelt damp, there was a big damp patch on the ceiling above the bed the cold tap was broken as well as the toilet seat. The man who checked us in was filthy looking as well as rude.
No friendless or customer service at all.

Worse hotel I’ve stayed in. Location very poor.
Cons:

The hotel was being used to house the homeless. Lots of noise late at night from people talking and shouting in the
Hallway. Doesn’t look like the hotel on this site. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Can’t believe you have this hotel on booking.com worse place I’ve ever stayed

Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!

We loved the sea view and balcony room we chose!

Cons:

The hotel really needs refurbishment, then it could be a really ideal place to stay!

Alot of the decor and furniture, including carpets & curtains need replacing. There was quite a dusty and mouldy atmosphere. This could affect those who have asthmatic conditions

In conclusion, if these things are tended to, it could be a great stay in future.

It was really a bad experience. TV was not working. There was no iron for the clothes to be iron. The bed was dirty. I got my family my kids. They got a room downstairs and I got room on third floor and I had a 10 month daughter who keep going up and down the stairs Most of the room was empty but we We still didn’t got the room together there’s no Aircon no Wi-Fi. It was so bad experience never want to go again and I don’t recommend to anyone go to that with that. Toilet was not working properly. Very poor condition.
