We really enjoyed our short break

I called a day before to query a room booking and a gentleman picked up this was on the 4th of April late night as we had a terrible experience with the previous hotel and urgently needed a room but was having trouble with the internet and he was SO rude said he was fully booked whe booking.com showed 6 rooms available when I said but sir it shows 6 rooms available he said sorry look I can’t help you and hung up. He didn’t want to book the room or was rushing to go home but that was absolutely appalling and disgusting! However the rest of the staff were very pleasant

La struttura è molto bella, con ampie vetrate per la zona colazione dove è possibile ammirare un paesaggio stupendo. Colazione impeccabile sia dolce che salata. La camera è veramente molto spaziosa e la struttura in generale ha a dispozione un ampio parcheggio.

Pros:

El alojamiento fue simplemente perfecto. Super acogedor. Instalaciones impolutas, agradables y muy al estilo escocés. Con unas vistas espectaculares al lago.
Además tienen un restaurante que sirve comidas y cenas con comida casera así como el desayuno, con mucha variedad y muy rico.
Todo el personal fue muy agradable y cariñoso.
Repetiremos segurísimo si volvemos por la zona.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist herausragend!
