Definitely a good accommodation option in Mestia.
Pros:

The hotel looks new and modern. The room was large and spacious, as were the bathroom and shower area. Breakfast was very good and certainly satisfying.

Cons:

The hotel isn't right in the center, and getting there from the town center involves a roughly 10-minute uphill walk, though it’s not too bad. The staff are very nice, but they don't speak English, so you can't turn to them for help with questions about the trek or other matters.

Trato inmejorable
Pros:

Sin duda lo más destacable de nuestra estancia fue el trato recibido por la persona encargada de la recepción y la comunicación con el hotel. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas y solicitudes de manera inmediata y facilitando mucho una situación que se nos complicó bastante.

Beautiful views and amazing location.
Pros:

We felt truly comfortable at Lileo Inn. The landlady is a genuinely helpful and wonderful person. I recommend paying extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Waking up every morning to see the majestic mountain peaks was magical! The hotel is located a bit further from the center, about a 10-15 minute walk depending on the route you choose. However, the location was pleasant, also because of the views and the quiet surroundings.

Cons:

The biggest con is payment only in cash.

Pros:

Przepyszne i urozmaicone śniadania. Lokalne produkty i dania. Właściciele życzliwi, mili i pomocni. Co dwa dni był sprzątany pokój. W ciągu 7 dni pobytu, dwa razy wymieniono pościel i ręczniki. Wspaniałe miejsce i cudowna atmosfera. Polecamy całym sercem. Na pewno tam wrócimy. W dniu wyjazdu właściciel hotelu odwiózł nas na maszrutkę.
