Pros:

I was on my way to Tbilisi, stayed at this hotel! I'm happy with everything! Excellent location in the center of the Old Town, high-level Internet, delicious homemade breakfast, two coffee machines with excellent coffee , an antique-designed hotel, wrought-iron furniture, the room has all the accessories for a comfortable stay, a good comfortable mattress, quiet and cozy you can sleep ! Thank you very much to the staff and the hotel for the warm welcome! We plan to come back in the summer with friends!!!

Pros:

Отличный отель прям в центре Тбилиси. Все чистое, красивый ремонт, своя парковка-для Тбилиси очень важно). Мы проживали с собакой-русским охотничьим спаниелем, все в порядке, дополнительно за питомца 20 лари.
Завтрак супер, очень большой и сытный, по системе шведского стола, а кофе и чай сделали для нас за нас, что удивительно и приятно)
Мы жили на верхнем этаже с прекрасным видом на центр, никаких канатные дороги для обзора города не потребовались)

Отель Джанашия рекомендую всем!!!
Pros:

Отель Джанашия оправдал все ожидания. Очень чисто, комфортные номера и приятный персонал, вкусные завтраки. Фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Приятно, когда люди относятся к своему делу с отдачей и ответственностью. Приезжаю уже сюда не первый раз и никогда нареканий не было, все как-всегда на высоте!!!

Это то самое место, где с первых минут чувствуешь уют, тепло и атмосферу города. Мы жили в панорамном номере, и каждый вечер любовались огнями Тбилиси прямо из окна — очень романтично и красиво. Номер стильный, чистый, продуманный до мелочей, с удобными кроватями и приятным светом, в котором хочется просто отдыхать и никуда не спешить. Отель расположен идеально — в самом сердце старого города, но при этом внутри тихо и спокойно. Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный, создаётся ощущение, что тебе здесь искренне рады.От души рекомендуем этот отель. Оценка 10/10❤️❤️🙏🙏💯

Тихо, красиво, уютно, чисто, комфортно.
Pros:

Гостеприимство с порога: внимательная и обаятельная администратор Елена встречает с улыбкой, откликается на любую просьбу и всегда готова прийти на помощь. Отель красивый и стильный. Чистые и комфортные номера, качественное постельное бельё, предметы личной гигиены присутствуют. Персонал прекрасно говорит по-русски и по-английски. Всё было супер! Рекомендую!

Pretty boutique hotel
Pros:

Good mid evil decore, great staff and parking offered which in this part of the world is great. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

That I couldn't control the a.c., the staff comes up and sets it, but too troublesome to keep on bothering them for small graduations.

If you seek for cheap hotel with average+ quality in the city center-maybe this is the best choice.
Pros:

The location was excellent-5 minutes walking from city center. Despite location was in busy area but it was in very quiet place. Elena in reception was very supportive in all questions and helped us a lot. Very cheap in this season of the year.

Cons:

Light breakfast was the same all 3 days, no welcome water in the rooms or coffee/tea machines. Reception was on the basement and it was not convenient all time go up and down. It was smelling in the rooms, maybe it was smell of sewage. 4 stars is too exaggerated for this hotel.

Bra hotel nära till allt
Pros:

Hotellet är bekvämt beläget, nära till allt. Snygg inredning och högt i tak.
Väldigt god städning. Bekväma sängar. Tv med stort utbud av många olika kanaler.
Omtänksam personal som var alltid på plats.
Frukostbuffé var enkel men alltid fresh och vällagad.

Cons:

Trappan ner från gatan till hotellets entré är brant, ingen hiss. Det kan bli ett problem om man har tunga väskor eller om man har något handikapp. Dock personalen sa att en hiss är på väg och ska vara installerad snart.

Pros:

Хорошая геопозиция, рядом старый город, пешком 7-8 мин и ты на площади старого города, рядом серные бани, фуникулер и вся развязка. Очень вкусные и плотные завтраки. Очень хорошая, добрая и внимательная хозяйка Лена, весь коллектив готов помочь и помогал если что то не ясно. В отеле чисто и тихо , на самом деле отдыхаешь и высыпаешься после путешествия. Спасибо вам большое, рекомендую
