The capsules are located in shared common areas, and the bathrooms are communal. They should not be considered as having a private bathroom. The only unit with a private bathroom is the suite, which also features a private terrace and an exclusive-use jacuzzi for the guests of that unit.

This is the first time I've given a negative review to a hotel. My stay at the hotel was a complete disappointment.
The first night was okay. On the second day, a guest showed up at my room behaving terribly.
He came late in the evening, was drunk, smoked cigarettes in the room (the booking website states that smoking is not allowed in the room), shouted, listened to loud music, and banged on my pod at night. Even earplugs didn't help. The situation was reported to the staff, but little has changed. The hotel doesn't take responsibility for ensuring the peace of its guests, if a guest is noisy, they can't do anything about it. The area itself is also very noisy, there are clubs nearby, with loud music and shouting at night. if you want to sleep well, it's better to pay a little extra and find another hotel, there are several inexpensive ones nearby.

The positives are that the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is relatively clean. The hotel took no responsibility to apologize or provide an explanation, and refused my request for a refund of half the amount for my stay. In response to my messages, they told me to contact Booking, which is, after all, just an intermediary. I thank Booking for the small compensation for this terrible stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Les capsules 1 place étaient spacieuses, bien équipées. On a eu souci avec une lumière et ça a été réparé assez rapidement le lendemain. Très sympa de faire une auberge mais d’avoir un espace privé, bon séjour !

Great price for a great location in a well run hostel with good privacy.
Pros:

Great location, great price, and the whole thing works well. Fridge storage & kitchen area is very useful. Lockers provide secure storage too.

Cons:

I didn't get a chance to figure out how to do any washing/drying of clothes.

Pros:

Este Hostel fue lo mejor de mi vacaciones de tres semanas en Tenerife! La gente súper súper linda y dispuesta a salir, fue mi primer viaje sola y lo recomiendo mucho.

Le pedimos hacer el check out una hora más tarde y nos lo concedió gratis, aunque al final nos fuimos a las 11 am.

Cons:

Para empezar el baño no tenía cisterna y había heces y orina de todo el mundo así que ya se pueden imaginar el olor que daba. Luego la puerta se trababa al poner el código y tenía que hablarle al teléfono al chico del alojamiento o me abría alguien desde dentro. Las cápsulas no están insonorizadas y se escucha y se mueve literalmente TODO. La pareja que estaba encima d nosotros fatal, vinieron a las 5am borrachos haciendo escándalo, y teniendo relaciones sexuales encima nuestro… El colchón super fino tengo la espalda rota.

Interesting experience, no more than 1 night
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. For a capsule, the bed was quite wide. I liked the light options.

Cons:

TV wasn't working. Wasn't that clean the area around the capsules. It was warm a few nights, therefore you had to sleep with the capsule open.

Pros:

La cápsula tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y es bastante cómoda en general, la ubicación del hostel es perfecta.

Cons:

El ruido en la zona de las cápsulas, cuando yo me he quedado algunas de las personas que habitaban el espacio no han respetado el silencio de la zona, otra cosa importante que tampoco me ha gustado los baños muy sucios. Las cisternas en mi planta no funcionaban bien y encontrabas por la mañana cosas realmente vomitivas.
