I loved the comfort and ambiance of the hotel and the staff were incredible friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The wine was overpriced at €53 for a bottle of Henry's Hills New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The same wine can be bought in stores for less than €19.

Good staff, poor property quality
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the grounds were lovely

Cons:

The property is run down, espcially for a “5star” hotel. It needs some investment, specifically the swimming pool and spa areas - here is tiles missing off the seats in the steam rooms, the sauna have broken slats of wood, the skirting boards are missing parts, etc.

There best quality was their staff who were kind, friendly and very helpful
