My stay at OYO Bevis Trivandrum was appalling. Not only was I overcharged, but the room was also found to be in a disgusting state, with human feces present. When I reported this issue to the staff, it took them an unacceptable 30 minutes to send someone to clean the room, making my experience even more unbearable
