It was a horrible day and I will never recommend it to anybody
Pros:

Location was the only thing good about this place

Cons:

Everything you could hear everybody talking the walls were paper thing the staff was not courteous at all. The rooms were not clean while laying on the bed you felt dirty. They had a TV there but no channels so you couldn’t even do anything. There was no Wi-Fi even though they said they had it.

Prezzo onesto, hotel davvero bello
Pros:

Non avevamo la colazione, ma l’hotel è davvero molto bello e recentemente rinnovato. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio custodito per tutta la notte. Tutto impeccabile. Prezzo davvero onesto, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Ambienti pulitissimi, moderni e curati. La posizione è comoda: sotto l’hotel c’è un distributore con shop, all’interno un bar e al piano inferiore un ristorantino. Esperienza davvero ottima.

Cons:

Avendo prenotato due notti (30–12 e 31–12) per il periodo di Capodanno, avremmo apprezzato la possibilità di effettuare il check-out più tardi, intorno alle 12:00/13:00, anziché alle 10:00 come richiesto. Comprendiamo le esigenze organizzative della struttura, ma trattandosi di Capodanno, una notte che si festeggia fino al mattino, un po’ di flessibilità in più sarebbe stata molto gradita. Al momento del check-out eravamo davvero stremate.

Pros:

The room was quiet, warm, and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They were very attentive and provided all the necessary information about my stay in a clear, elegant, and professional manner.

Cons:

There are, however, a couple of points that could be improved. The internet connection was rather weak during my stay. In addition, there was no blanket in the room. Although the heating worked well, sleeping without a blanket can be stressful in winter, particularly when outdoor temperatures drop to around −10 °C. Providing a blanket would greatly enhance comfort under such conditions.
