Pros:

Apartament jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany , bezpłatny parking na ulicy, blisko sklep Aldi i Rewe oraz przystanek tramwajowy. Apartament jest zaopatrzony we wszystko co jest potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt w Lipsku.

Alles was es braucht für so ein Fortbildungswochenende zum abendlichen Erholen.
Pros:

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Fußbodenheizung, bequemes großes Bett mit hoher Matratze. Küche ausreichend für meine 2 Nächte, Mikrowelle und Herd nutzte ich dennoch und genoss das Sitzen in der Küche auf den Barhocker. Ich hatte meine elektrische Zahnbürste vergessen, die mir die Vermieterfamilie Martaler nachsendeten. Sehr preiswert. Liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, aber ich habe im Schlaf nicht einmal die Straßenbahn gehört. Parken konnte ich kostenlos ca. 150m weiter in der Nähe des Bäckers bzw. Konditors, wo ich am WE gleich noch Brötchen kaufen konnte.

Ein sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit top Schlafkomfort – ideal für eine Nacht in Leipzig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Ordnung gelegt wird. Das Bett war super bequem, ich habe erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist praktisch, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Besonders gut fand ich den unkomplizierten Check-in und die freundliche Kommunikation. Man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben.

Blinkt niet uit maar de prijs is er wel naar
Pros:

De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en de kamers en badkamer zijn ruim. Er is een volledige keuken aanwezig. Aparte bedden. Tramhalte ligt zo goed als voor de deur. En niet duur :)

Cons:

De hygiëne liet te wensen over, het toilet was niet schoongemaakt. De verwarming stond op ruim 25 graden terwijl de thermostaat vergrendeld was. Het appartement ligt aan een weg waar een tram rijdt en dat is zeer gehorig, zeker met het raam open.

Pros:

Die Wohnung an sich war schön und gut und wie beschrieben, alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Vermieter. Die Kolleginnen wurden erst in die falsche Wohnung von der Dame vor Ort einquartiert. Soweit nicht dramatisch, jedoch wurde die Schuld für den Fehler dann auf die Kolleginnen geschoben, obwohl diese keine Schuld trugen. In der letzten Nacht sind die Kolleginnen dann im Haus umgezogen, auch nicht dramatisch. Die extrem unfreundliche Art des einen Teils des Gastgebers war halt das Problem.

Un très bel appartement mais dommage qu’il soit à proximité du tramway
Pros:

Cette appartement est meublé et décoré avec goût.
Il correspond aux photos.

Cons:

L’appartement est situé juste à côté d’une ligne de tramway qui fonctionne jusque tard dans la nuit. Il peut être opportun de prévoir des bouchons d’oreille.
La literie est de qualité et de confort mou.

Awfull place! Don't go there.
Pros:

nothing good to say about this apartment. I like the City and I've enjoyed it. Really nice people and good places to eat and also dance.

Cons:

The kitchen is really tiny. only fit max two people. there is no door in the kitchen so if you cook something the bedrooms will smell. the bathroom is bigger than the kitchen, and the water from the shower wasn't warm (mostly cold).
Actually I also had the very displease surprise to find out that not everything that is presented in the pictures is real: Sauna is PRIVATE. Pool and summer kitchen are also PRIVATE. Also, when I asked if I could use the barbecue, surprise: PRIVAT. In the front of the backyard the host is showing us family clothing ,because they don't have a drier..just imagine the sight. Don't go there! I stayed there for 5 days and it was awful.
