Pros:

Zimmer mit besonderer Aussicht! "Trabbi und Warthburg-Friedhof" fanden wir außergewöhnlich und sehr sehenswert! Frühstück sehr gut und Service sehr freundlich.

Es gibt nichts zum meckern!

es waren keine gäste da der parkplatz war mit mit toten baum die erste begrüßung und danach musste mal zur tankstelle über einen schrottplatz sich den schlüssel holen , es sieht nicht sehr einladend aus es schaut aus als wäre es vor 20 jahren super aber jetzt steht es kurz vor schliesung,wir sind sofort wieder weitergefahren und haben uns gegen die übernachtung entschieden

It is not worth the money

Cons:

The beds where not good at all, the check in was a chaos they don’t have a receptionist in the hotel, you have to move to the gas station to get the key, it doesn’t see clean at all.

If they pay attention to the details and maybe change the administration maybe will be better.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und nett angerichtet

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt über keine personell besetzte Rezeption. Ein Zettel an der Tür verweist an eine, in der Nähe befindliche Tankstelle. Dort wurde uns der Zimmerschlüssel ausgehändigt. Auch die Bezahlung des Zimmers erfolgte in der Tankstelle.
Das im Internet ausgewiesene Restaurant wird nicht betrieben. Man ist also gezwungen - nach langer Anreise - auf die Suche nach einem Restaurant zu fahren, um eine Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen zu können.
Die Bettwäsche war verschlissen und wies zahlreiche Löcher auf. Auch war sie , obwohl gewaschen nicht sauber.
Die Toilettenspülung lief dauerhaft und konnte nur mit kräftigen Schlägen gegen den Spülkasten abgeschaltet werden.
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine Katastrophe.
Das Hotel hinterlässt, nicht zuletzt auch auf Grund der sehr ungepflegten und fleckigen Auslegware auf den Fluren, einen vernachlässigten Eindruck.
Man fühlte sich wie in einen schlechten Film. Nur war es leider kein Film ....

Eine Nacht mit Rollstuhl in Salzwedel! Das "Hotel an der Warthe"
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, nett gedeckte Tische, am Buffet reichhaltige Auswahl.
Mein Zimmer groß, seniorengerecht, begehbar mit Rollstuhl.
Die Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber.
Waschbecken unterfahrbar.
Toilette erhöht.
Dusche ebenerdig, mit Vorhang, ein Duschsitz für Behinderte zum Anbringen.
Auf meinen Wunsch wurde ein kleiner Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gestellt!
Der Besitzer war in ganz kurzer Zeit da und schloss die Zimmertür auf, abends 20:30 Uhr, weil ich den Schlüssel drin vergessen hatte.
Dafür ein großes Lob und meinen Dank!

Cons:

Das Hotel macht von außen einen müden Eindruck, der sich beim Eintreten verstärkte, da das Mobiliar dunkel und abgewohnt ist.
Da es warm war, waren die Fenster weit offen, bis ein widerlicher Fäkaliengeruch durchs Zimmer zog.
Das Bett war extrem niedrig, ein Topper, den ich selbst mitgebracht hatte, schaffte Abhilfe, so daß ich das Bett selbständig verlassen konnte.
Leider war die Duscharmatur zu hoch angebracht, kam vom Sitz aus schlecht heran.
Es wäre schön, wenn an der Toilette Haltegriffe wären!
Das Gelände um das Hotel sollte gepflegt werden, die Teiche müssten gesäubert werden. Der Schrott gehört entfernt.
Das Hotel benötigt eine Rundumrenovierung, mit neuem Mobiliar!
