Me gustó alojarme aquí porque está en muy buena ubicación, está serca de todo y de la playa y el personal muy amable🏝️ todo muy bien🙂

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que muy temprano en las mañanas los empleados se ponen hablar súper fuerte al lado de la habitación 🙄🙄 que respeten y no hagan eso, porque hay huéspedes durmiendo 😴. Aparte de eso todo estuvo perfecto 🥰

Not the best
Pros:

The location is good, close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The staff were nice and some spoke English but they didn’t provide any information about the area, what to do or offered us to book breakfast upon check in.

Cons:

The room was not clean, no hot water, we also had a massive cockroach. We did not use the pool but it did not look clean.

Pros:

Everything was as described and the bungalow that we had was great. Cristian in the reception was amazing and very thrilled to help us on anything..

Cons:

The breakfast cost 10$ per person and the option was only one plate per person and one coffee we take a fill up of one coffee and two bottles of water and the charge it extra…at least when you pay 20$ per couple for breakfast you should have a free fill up

La piscina muy buena

Cons:

Mi estancia de dos noches en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, no pudieron cobrarme con mi tarjeta local, por lo que tuve que pagar todo en efectivo (luego la usé en otro lugar y todo bien). La habitación que nos dieron no correspondía a lo que reservé (reservé un bungaló con 1 cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales)éramos solo mi esposo y yo. El recepcionista fue descortés y no ofreció soluciones.

Además, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: pelos en las paredes y en la puerta, papel higiénico usado y ducha rota. Una de las camas estaba llena de hormigas, informe sobre esto y para que me limpiaran. No hicieron nada.

Lo único positivo fue la piscina, que es bonita y está bien cuidada. Por lo demás, mi experiencia fue muy mala y no volvería.

Fue buena y recibí buenas atenciones , pero con pequeños detalles serían excelente opción
Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito, los jardines muy lindos , la piscina también . El concepto de cabañitas . Excelente !

Cons:

Que no tiene parqueo y hay detalles de mantenimiento en la habitación que cuidar. También olía a polvo.
