Fantastic budget friendly stay in a central location!
Pros:

I knew i would be out sightseeing most of my time so it was a great value for money room in a central location. Plenty of cool bars and nice restaurants nearby and a 10min walk into old town. The owner was extremely pleasant and happy to assist in anyway possible.

Cons:

The balcony was quite small and faced out onto a brick wall. It also had a CCTV camera fitted which made me hesitant to spend much time using it.

Очень приятная хозяйка, нас заселили даже немного раньше времени заезда, дали всю информацию, рассказали куда можно рядом сходить и что посмотреть.
Все необходимое для комфортного проживания в номере есть.

Мне срочно потребовалось приехать в Тбилиси и это место очень сильно меня спасло, большое спасибо!
Pros:

Мини отель практически в самом центре проспекта Руставелли, это уже дорого стоит! Очень удобное расположение, если вы приехали погулять по центру или по делам в визовый центр/посольство. Я был приятно удивлен, что меня встретили не смотря на позднее заселение. Крайне вежливый и доброжелательный хост.

Cons:

Маленький санузел без отделения душевой зоны будет для кого-то препятствием. Но в целом если вы приехали тусить или по делам "одним днем" - какая разница?
