Location is good at the center of the city (my criteria for selection) which was okay. Majority all things available in nearby.
Their room size is just bigger than bathroom. Bathroom was not having basic need like towel and have to keep following up multiple time. It was very untidy room with very unprofessional staff. On name of staff only one senior citizen was there who was doing all task starting from reception till room boy - actually everything. Since day of check out I am still following up with them for my invoice still not received.
Didn't allow me for early check in,where as I said to early check out ,still they didn't allow.. and behavior is not up to the mark

Staff were cordial
No facilities were provided initially. My daughter had to visit repeatedly to the reception to collect the facilities. Room was very small & ambience below standard. Booked for two person, but facilities provided for one person only. Value for money is low.
