They canceled my booking without intimation

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with FAB Hotel.

We booked 3 rooms for 10 nights, specifically reserving 3 beds in each room for our group of 9 people. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that only one room had the requested configuration, while the other two rooms had only 2 beds each. The fab hotel advised us to adjust to the situation and mentioned that we would receive a 10% discount on our total bill.

While we complied with this request, it has been several days since our stay ended, and we have not received the promised discount. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via calls and emails, I have not received any responses from the hotel's management or associates. This lack of communication and follow-through has been quite disappointing.

I would like to urge others to consider this experience before booking with FAB Hotel. It seems there may be issues with their customer service and adherence to booking agreements.

Too many cockroaches, paint & wall paper removed from walls, smelling rooms, ac not working in corridor and rooms, room door lock open without keys, blood marks on bed sheet & mattress.
Staff of Mr. Sanjeev, Shahan, Vinay Kumar only spoke on call. They promised to welcome us at hotel but never came to hotel. Because they knew they have lied to us. We also raised complained on booking.com but hotel didn’t reply to them also. And the hotel cheated us giving false promise and charges us too high. The original price for Deluxe room is 2750 Rs, we did online on booking.com at 4730 Rs. But Mr. Shahan & Sanjeev charged us 6000 Rs saying they don’t care price on booking.com. We paid for 4 nights advance and they said to deduct 1 night money and return balance if we didn’t like the property. But they lied. When we reached the hotel and asked for refund after deducting 1 night money as property was not at all good, they flatly said NO & eat all our money. Very very bad worst experience. We would suggest not give any advance to this fab hotel property. Big liars & cheaters.
Hope booking.com take strict action against this hotel who don’t value booking.com platform and take them for granted.

A/C did not work. Room was not clean.
Staff not helpful. All the fixtures in bathroom are rusted and insects.

The photos & positive reviews given here are likely fake. This feels like a scam hotel.

The AC was not working. Too many mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Given all the issues, I ended up cutting short my stay with them and moved into an alternate hotel. Hotel refuses to give back any of the advance payment I made, inspite of basic essentials like AC not being functional when the outside temperatures was approaching 35-38 Celsius.

Do not pay for a room here unless you first go and visit the actual room/property in-person.

I and my Daughter travelled to Chennai to watch IPL on 25th April. I booked a room through booking.com. The picture of the room which is showing in site is totally different. I did not get the breakfast and one side drop to airport. Bathroom was not clean. So every one should avoid this Hotel to book

Toilet and shower room in one space. .Shower space is slippery.

The rooms were extremely dirty with many cockroaches running around and weird stains (maybe blood or dead cockroaches) on the walls. Even with all windows closed, there was a lot of noise from the main street coming in during the night. There is also some kid of club right next to the hotel and the loud music was playing long into the night, disturbing us and vibrating the whole building. After seeing the state of hygiene in the hotel, we didn't even dare to try the complementary breakfast.

Room had roaches roaming around freely . Room services not good.

Roaches everywhere
