хороший отель для знакомства с городом
Pros:

Отель недалеко от пляжа (8 мин). До центра и достопримечательностей тоже близко. Завтраки вкусные. Заселение быстрое. Номер соответствовал брони. Сотрудники отеля приветливые.

Cons:

Низкие (тонкие) подушки.

Расположение отеля хорошее, вопросов вообще нет.

Cons:

В сравнении с апартаментами, которые везде стоит в 2 раза дешевле, можно считать что это среднебюджетное предложение,а не совсем дешевое жилье для Батуми. Было 2 проблемы:
1.1. Приехал сходил в душ перед сном, утром проснулся душевая полная воды, вода не убежала за ночь, сообщил администратору, он пообещал позвонить хозяину и решить вопрос. Это было в 9 утра, вечером вернулся в номер и обнаружил что вода уже СУТКИ как стоит и не утекла. На что администратор сказал, что "Я сообщил хозяину, но что я могу сделать этот вопрос должен решать хозяин". В итоге вопрос был решен к вечеру третьего дня.
1.2. вопрос по этой ситуации, хотя и администратор и потом приходил извинялся, он что не представитель отеля? где сервис и клиентоориентированность? что значит что я могу сделать? как будто не в отеле номер снял, приехал пожить в гостях бесплатно. Я потом продлевал номер до вечера (полные сутки платил) считаю, что в качестве извинений могли бы хоть тут скидку сделать или еще что-то
2.1. Завтрак. Приехал в 7 утра в отель, спросил время завтрака, мне сказал администратор что с 9 до 12 часов, я поставил будильник на 11:30. Проснулся, на стойке уже другой администратор говорит что завтрак окончен в 11 и он всегда до 11:00. Смехопонарама какая-то, мало того что я оплатил этот завтрак,так я еще и голодный с дороги по-сути остался исключительно по вине администратора.
2.2. Второй день завтрака, сказали что заболела женщина кто их готовит поэтому вот Вам яблоки, сэндвичи из магазина, чай, сухой завтрак. Внимание -сухой завтрак БЕЗ молока, видимо женщина которая заболела не купила молоко и больше никому в несколько этажном отеле это сделать.
В целом, если бы не эти 2 обстоятельства с подпунктами, то было было однозначно хорошо.

Great hotel with friendly staff, and good value for money
Pros:

The Staff were really friendly, and helpful. Convenient location, short walk to the main sights. Had a big room, with a small balcony. It faced the back of the building but that was fine. Loved the beds!

Cons:

Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner, but I sorted it out. Apart from that, everything was good.

Pros:

Удобная локация. Приятная цена. Номер был с окнами во внутренний двор - довольно тихо.

Cons:

Громкий холодильник. Приходилось спать в другой комнате, иначе не уснуть. Дверь на балкон закрывается с таким усилием, что ручка почти отламывается.

Вечером отключались горячая вода и проблема не решалась до утра. Администратор говорил, что ждём смену, сама не знает, как решить проблему.

Съехал раньше, чтобы не тратить свои нервы. При это на стойке несколько часов не было администратора - даже не смог спросить про возврат средств.

Go for the terrace room!
Pros:

Hotel is a great value option within walking distance of all the major sites other than the casinos.
Having stayed in both a small room and a larger one with a terrace during our trip, go for the terrace if you can -- it's a lot nicer.
The lady working the front desk (seemingly all day every day) was very kind and helpful
They expect payment in cash, so heads up. They're understanding and will let you pay at any point during your stay.

Cons:

We choose this hotel because it was one of the only highly rated ones in the area with breakfast, however it's very average and not worth it in retrospect. Adding a real coffee machine (versus instant) would go a long way.

The hotel is along a busy street which means you'll get noise from cars and partiers during the night. People love revving their engines for some reason.
