It was a great experience, and we were able to access the city very quickly and easily.
Pros:

Excellent location and incredibly friendly staff. They kindly offered us a late checkout until 3 p.m. at no extra cost and were happy to accommodate all our requests.

Family suit was awesome, you have all what you need.
Pros:

Nice place. Awesome personal. If you need help they always will help and assist. Also we took a discount in a delicious restaurant. Strongly recommend to visit. Thanks for a crew!

Неплохой отель в хорошем месте.
Pros:

Дружелюбный персонал. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Жили в соседнем отеле - это было невозможно. Здесь тихо достаточно.
Месторасположение хорошее.

Cons:

Ветхая скрипучая кровать. Жидкие подушки. Сломанный душ.

Отличное месторасположение отеля! До всех интересных мест Батуми можно реально дойти пешком, что и делал) Да и название отеля, и внешний вид, и организация внутреннего пространства, напоминает тот самый Париж откуда и пришло это название Eiffel;)) Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля, особенно Нази и Сандро, за настоящее грузинское гостеприимство! Really lovely staff, comfortable room
Pros:

I really appreciated how accommodating the manager was. Every guy who covered the desk wanted to ensure my stay was comfortable and did what was needed to make it happen. The manager carried my suitcase upstairs for me, which I greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The bed was very firm. I do have a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back. I used my duvet doubled under me and the young man working the desk got me another blanket to use. I folded that and was so much more comfortable.
