The hotel is clean and comfortable. I checked out after one night and the hotel kindly did not charge me for the two extra days. The restaurant manager was very nice and checked to see if I needed food.
The location of the hotel may be great for business travellers but was not comfortable for a solo traveller. It was approaching New Year but there didn’t seem to be anything happening in the hotel. This is not a resort as the name suggests and this should be corrected to avoid confusion.
The hotel is clise to the railway and bus stations: it was clean and comfortabke. Most importantly tge staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Nexy to cleanliness and comfort I always look fir facilities with competent and helpful, friendly staff and this property tops among my list. The room service staff was equally helpful. Definitely recommend this gor comfortable stay in Kollam

As my stay was very short I did not have time to explore all that the hotel had to offer, so no particular dislikes to mention.
