Stay was comfortable
Pros:

We were actually offerred the room in Viswa Residency near Grand Suites stated to be owned by them. So the review comments are in respect of Viswa Residency. It's a 1BHK, inside the flat is clean with a living room with sofa set.

The staff Prakash is very courteous and helpful. The temple is about 5-7 mins walk and there is a fairly good veg restaurant nearby by name Archana's Annalakshmi on the way to the temple.

Bad Stay Bad Behaviour No comfort Not Safe
Pros:

I didn't Like Anything at This Property at all. Person was rude to talk because I am from North India. Charges me extra charges while he Agreed for Less. Because it was just a few hours stay.

Cons:

He Forced me to charge extra while I already told Ganeshan about its Few Hours Stay only because just have to visit Temple. He agreed in Rs 1000/- for Overnight once I Reached Then he started trouble me. I have Conversation at WhatsApp which is Documentry evidence. It was Really bad Experience with Me while It was something first time booked by Booking.com

Room has a Open door without lock opening outside In SHAFT which is not at all safe for Any person.

Specially not recommended at all to Ladies because of Safety reason.

Pros:

Nothing. They offered us a house with hall, kitchen and 2 rooms one with attached and a common bathroom

Cons:

Everything. AC was not working fine, room beds are not up to the mark.
Behind the house there were hens and sheep. It was making lot of sound early in the morning and also in midnight. Had a very distributed sleep.
It’s a very very very old building, walls are broken, bathrooms don’t have ventilation, bathroom steps are very steep and slippery
