Pros:

The location was very near to the temple, restaurants and bus stop

Cons:

The bathrooms were not very clean. After we notified the receptionist, they changed our room immediately. However, they only gave us one towel for two people. Moreover, the mattress is covered with a thick plastic sheet, which trapped our body heat and made us feel very hot and uncomfortable while sleeping. It would be better to improve these standards for customer satisfaction.

Very small size room and not worth for money.
Pros:

1 minute walk to temple
Ample car parking available.

Cons:

Very small size. Not worth for money.
Even reasonable requests not considered.
Toilet floors are not cleaned well and it is sliding.
Not changing even the batteries for remote.
Need to pay full amount while booking.
Despite asking for caution deposit of INR 500 for each room. Bedsheets are not changed properly with lot of stinks in it. Basic things even not fulfilled, Bedsheets quality is not good and Towels provided are not good.

very bad.temple darshan was very good by gods grace.
Pros:

There was no complimentary breakfast, the rooms had no AC and they charged extra when we requested for a # bed room.

Cons:

The rooms weren't clean. The washrooms had ants , we had to call the staff and get it cleaned. The bed was too small and untidy , my mother almost fell down from the bed and hurt her knees.

Cons:

Worst Lodge I never saw in my trips
Pros:

I don't like anything and I can say it's worst hotel and I strongly recommend not to put this hotel in your website as your website has some reputation.

Cons:

The bed sheets are not changed.The reception person is not responding properly.He don't know any language except kannada.As it was pilgrim place,the reception has to.know atleast english,hindi and telugu.No.proper room service.As we booked through booking.com they are giving very low preference and to change room to AC they charges 650 rs more which is 75% of the room booked.No drinking water service to room.When I asked they told you switch on the RO unit and fill your water bottles.Bed sheets are not at all changed once previous customer vacate.No room service boy.Receipton always showing interest in booking room not interested to listen customers who accomodated already
