Worst Worst and Worst experience
Pros:

Very bad. Online booking was not considered by the hotel management. They charged higher than booking.com price
Not clean at all. Pan cover everywhere inside the room . More dust also very bad experience

WORST. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
Pros:

The hotel gave me THE WORST Experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is so rude. He keeps on smoking and looks at girls in very bad way, with eyes fully red because of smoking. No water provided, lift not working, no staff to help with the luggage upstairs. The rooms are small, unclean, small cockroaches everywhere, bathrooms are smelly.
I reached an hour ago before the check-in time due to my work, and for this pathetic room, the guy charged additional 500rs, even though i told him i would check-out at 7am the next morning. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. PATHETIC !!

Cons:

The staff at the reception had absolutely no sense of basic manners-completely unacceptable.
I've never dealt with such disrespectful and unprofessional people in my life.
The accommodations were substandard and unsatisfactory.

Dont book this hotel Awefulnstaff,reception. I booked this hotel for 3 nights. The morning of check in ,i get a call ,asking if iam checking in I told yes. He the said,there is no power. I was asked to go 8 mikes away ,to accommodate me. When i reached the hotel, there was power. The receptionist was ride. Sone still sleeping in the sofa ,it was 9 am. He wont get up . Then i said ok ibwill check in i will out anyway i wont need power. He said it will cost me 500 rs extra as i was checking before 12. !! I get an email before asking me

I didn't like anything about that hotel, they have written luxurious ac rooms, they are scamming everyone, they took almost 3k from me and gave a non AC room by telling me it's not available, even though I have made the Book 2 days before online, and they charged extra by telling, we don't take online amount whatever showing in the app.
It was so dirty, they didn't even clean the bed, i found a used condom under the pillow.
Worst place to stay.
