Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was also very polite. And the location was excellent. Very near to the railway station. Chappan and sarrafa bazar was also near. Overall value for money.

Cons:

Some more items in breakfast can be added. Limited choice for breakfast.
But the taste was good.

Rooms and facilities are not upto the mark. Manager’s behaviour is good .
Pros:

Manager is good and well behaved. Was courteous. Helpful. Rest staff is not good.

Cons:

I took King size bed room , bit inspite of that being their high categories rooms No water provided in room until and unless asked specifically from our side. BathRooms’s hot water tap was broken and they shouldnt have alloted that room to anybody without making sure people would not suffer scald.

Hotel is centrally located. Staff was cooperative

Cons:

The bedsheets were dirty, informed same to staff and they got 2 more sheets, which were again having stains. Finally the staff managed to change with clean ones. No hot water in shower. Bathroom was smelling as well.
