- El desayuno es yogur con muesli y fruta y un chai.
- Ofrecen tours de barco por el ganges con barquito privado y está bastante bien. Ofrecen también transporte para el aeropuerto.
- El personal es muy agradable.
- Hay opciones de obtener habitación con AC por un pequeño coste diario adicional.

I had a really nice stay at this hostel. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable, and a big part of that was the great service. Naveen, in particular, stood out—he was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive.

The hostel also offers boat rides at a very reasonable price, which was a great bonus and definitely worth trying. Another highlight was their laundry service—we used it during our stay, and everything came back clean and well taken care of, which made things quite convenient.

Overall, a great place to stay with outstanding service and useful amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Banarash paying guest house One of the strongest selling points is the location. It is just a short walk (2–5 minutes) to Assi Ghat, which is ideal for attending the Subah-e-Banaras (morning aarti) or taking sunrise boat rides. It’s tucked just far enough into the alleyways to offer a bit of a buffer from the main road noise.

​Clean & Cozy Rooms: While the rooms are described as "basic" or "budget," they are consistently noted for being very clean, having firm/comfortable mattresses, and providing good value for the price.

The rooms were really clean and quiet, the beds comfortable and staff amazing. The breakfast was so good! There is a really friendly vibe here and they make such an effort to make everyone feel welcome and looked after.

Owners are nice and helful. The place is in a back alley, short walk from assi ghat. They have a rooftop where they serve a full breakfast in the morning and where you can meet other travellers.

The exceptional hospitality made my stay relaxed, safe and comfortable. The kindness, generously and patience of the Naveen and Krishna made me feel welcomed and cared for. Nothing was too much to ask.

The location for me was perfect - away form noise and crowds, but close to Assi Ghat and a decent selection of cafes and street food.

I highly recommend the Benares Paying Guesthouse, and would definitely return

Naveen and Krishna are such a lovely and friendly people... they always check on you if you have everything or if you need anything, always happy to help and give advice, even with breakfast is simple but tasty and they make sure you are happy... thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to illness, and Krishna and Naveen supported us as much as they could during that time. We’re very grateful for their help and kindness.

We only wish we had been able to fully enjoy Varanasi and the rooftop.

Guest house molto accogliente, in posizione perfetta per raggiungere il ghat, godere dell'aarti mattutina, mangiare buon cibo e vivere Varanasi.
Naveen e Krishna sono due fratelli meravigliosi che ti accolgono come se fossi in una famiglia aiutandoti e consigliandoti con cura ed attenzione. Ti aiutano se vuoi fare lezioni di yoga, escursioni, pick up dall'aeroporto. E si sono presi cura di me anche quando ho avuto un'intossicazione alimentare!
Le camere sono spaziose, piuttosto essenziali ma adeguate se viaggi con semplicità; io ho occupato la stanza senza aria condizionata (le altre la hanno tutte) e si stava molto bene con il ventilatore (viaggio a metà marzo).
Ho trovato la pulizia piuttosto adeguata.
Per colazione vengono offerti: uova, toast, granola, frutta, yogurt, chai o caffè che viene offerta sulla terrazza dove è possibile conoscere altri ospiti o semplicemente chiacchierare con Krishna e Naveen (la cosa più bella!)

Kind people who are running the guest house, preparing breakfast each day from 09-10 am. The room was clean and the location is great! They also offer cheap and quick laundry service. Besides that, they can help you arrange a yoga, music or cooking lesson for a good price.

Naveen and Krishna are locals from very long time, they can told you what to do or where to go but at the same time you have freedom to explore, we feel like home, they put a lot of effort and heart in the details, great place to stay very close to Assi Ghat.
