Excellent experience and truly worth a 5-star rating! The hotel is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. Everything was well-organized, and the service was efficient and right on time. All the necessary amenities were available, making the stay very comfortable and convenient.

I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the availability of filtered drinking water served in glass bottles. The overall ambience has a premium, luxurious feel, which makes the place stand out. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and classy stay in Ernakulam!

Pros:

The staff at the reception was so good. He was ready to go above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. He assisted us with all the possible ways he could. He always greeted us with a genuine smile. Such staffs are always add up to the hotel.

We occupied a TRPB in 2nd floor. Excellent room and amenities, clean and tidy bathroom and wc and nice comfortable bed.
Pros:

It’s prime location close to key centres like a temple, TDM hall where functions take place and ample car parking opposite TDM hall. All customer ctc staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The absence of a lift and the narrow entrance.
