Great value for money
Pros:

Huge room, comfortable bed, clean linen, and lots of natural light.
Good location for the backwaters (right on the other side of the street) and for bus station (5 min walking)
They have quick-dry towels. It was the first time I saw it in an accommodation in India and thought it was a great idea since it doesn't get smelly in the high humidity climate.
I booked a village backwater tour with them. They didn't promote it when I checked in but if you ask about tours they will help you.

Cons:

Bedroom is very hot. If you can, book the room with AC since sleeping with the fan on is uncomfortable because it is right on top of the bed

Economical, clean and very well situated.
Pros:

Firstly, the owner of the property was utterly charming and very helpful. The location was brilliant in terms of getting boats, basically opposite a wharf but tucked behind the road, so very private and quiet.
The room was spacious, clean and airy. We had the option of air-conditioned but didn’t need it.
I would highly recommend this guest house.

Pros:

The location is very near to varkala cliff and helipad. At terrace they have arranged carrom board, Chess and Music System😍

Cons:

They asked 775.38 Rupees at the time of checkout. They showed me in they phone it was showing correct but there is some problem from booking.com side. But overall it was good
