The place is getting rundown. Mouldy fabrics, damp smell etc.
I like bunglow greenery ... nature & staaf behaviour.. specially chandrapal...I like entire property 🥰

Heaven and Hell. The beautiful peaceful gardens and Mountain View’s just perfect. But don’t go on a weekend as a bunch of Indian men turned up and partied so loudly and drunkenly on the terrace and gardens that they totally drowned out all of the lovely nature and we had to retreat to our room to avoid their awful behaviour.
The second night after they left was beautiful and so nice. The host and staff were lovely and helped to book a guided walk in the hills and our bus journey to Udaipur.
Bookings.com had the location on their map as in town and the bungalow is actually outside the toll gate about 2 miles from town. This actually turned out to be good as the views and gardens are great.
We discovered Mount Abu has a reputation as a weekend party town and so would advise anyone looking for peace and tranquility which this place can offer to visit during week days.
We felt the hotel management could have done more to ask their rowdy guests to behave. The other family staying had young children who were crying and waking due to the noise.
The property was amazing. The rooms were really spacious and the vibe was just another level. The staff was so cooperative and so was the owner. Thanks a lot for such an amazing stay.
Location requires you to have your own vehicle. The approach road to the bungalow needs to be upgraded. Food options are limited. Mattresses and sofas need to be replaced. Property owners do not issue bills and receipts. This property is ok for wildlife lovers who are not afraid of bears, leopards, etc

Lack of glass water bottles. Staff was using plastic bottles for serving filtered water.
Garden, hotel stuff
The hotel is in a really nice location. We arrived at about 4:30 PM after a long journey and were hungry. Unfortunately the hotel staff told us that the kitchen only works from 6:30 PM, so we had to go to the city center. Nakki Lake is about 9 minutes by car. The hotel offered us a taxi for 1000 rupees, which is a really outrageous price for a 5 km ride, so we recommend going out of the hotel to the road and hailing someone, we took a taxi for 200 rupees. Next to the hotel, another hotel had very loud music at 10:30 PM, but later it was completely quiet. The breakfast was not very good… they didn’t even offer us tea. The staff was helpful, helped us with our bags and everything, but honestly - if you don’t want to spend all day in the hotel garden (which is beautiful), you will have a hard time getting anywhere else. Moreover, this hotel is really expensive by Indian standards. It is really clean and the garden is nice, but overall I unfortunately didn’t like it very much….
Location is excellent for us being up on the hill just before Mount Abu town. Beautiful views and quiet but near enough to the main places. Breakfast and supper on the terrace was wonderful with lots of birds in the forest next door
