It was a pleasant stay in the hotel and look forward to return in due course
Pros:

1.The property was located in close proximity to the tourist points and close to the main market which made travelling easy.
2. The property had all amenities and facilities and a well maintained property.
3. Well painted and spacious within the property
4. Food was clean and a variety to select from

Cons:

1. We were a family of three but we provided things for only two people. We had to keep asking for things but were provided. In a family room of three but only two bottles of water.

2. There was a drainage issue which was resolved the first day but the smell returned the next evening however after pouring water it subsided. Checks for drainage to be done and fault should be rectified.

2. The entrance of the hotel is not attractive, steps to beautify the entrance should be taken.

Worst Hotel Experience

The rooms are okayish.

Cons:

The rooms are really small. Do check the rooms before booking, photos do not justify. Walls had stains. Rooms cannot fit the extra mattress (if you order one) comfortably: the mattress is pushed between the bed and wall. These rooms are strictly for 2 people. Services are the absolute worst. There's just 1 or 2 guys that do room service, completely inexperienced. They always missed the number of towels to be kept. TV was unrecharged and didn't have access for 1 day. They'll charge you for extra water bottles in room. NO PARKING SPACE. The room had an extremely small window with a stunning view of the building sewage pipelines. The bedsheet of the extra bed had holes in it.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εσωτερικό, χωρίς αερισμό. Το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε έναν στενό φωταγωγό και ουσιαστικά ήταν άχρηστο! Το μπάνιο είχε έναν εξαερισμό που δούλευε συνεχώς! Το δωμάτιο αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να το χρεώνουν! Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποτυπώδη!

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, services, hospitality everything was excellent.

Cons:

There was some issue with the AC. Temperature was not coming down despite being switched on. Other than that everything was perfect.

“Peaceful and comfortable stay — worth trying once!”
Pros:

Location: Perfectly central — everything is within easy reach including major attractions, eateries, and the railway station. Ideal for families and short stays who want to explore the city without long commutes.

Staff: Exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the reception and housekeeping team — very responsive and courteous. Definitely 10/10 for service.

Facilities: Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern interiors and good air conditioning. However, there’s a small scope for improvement — daily refilling of complimentary tea/coffee sachets could be done automatically instead of having to request it.

Cleanliness: Rooms, bathrooms, and lobby area were all well maintained. Linen and towels were fresh and clean.

Food: The in-house breakfast was simple but good in quality; Food was very good and can be tried .

Overall: A very pleasant stay — excellent value for money, peaceful environment, and great for families or couples. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur.

Rating: 9/10

Cons:

I didn’t find any major drawback during my stay. Wi-Fi speed was a bit low at times, and the shower water flow could be slightly better, but nothing that affected overall comfort. This is just my personal experience — everyone has their own preferences, so you can always book for a day and see for yourself. Still, it’s definitely worth trying once. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay again if I visit Udaipur in the future.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room size is too small. Power Cut in the multiple times and turning on the invertor takes alot time as you will have to call them and remind them to turn it on.
No closet in the rooms. The washroom size is small. Even though they have smart TVs in the rooms, the OTT apps don't work.
