Worst stay of my life

Cons:

Almost everything is the worst
1. They will not allow the check in if you have booked through booking.com and would ask for extra money and direct booking.
2. As I had reached with my luggage I paid extra and even booking.com customer care did not help and said we can’t do anything.
3. Rooms are on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, the lift don’t work so you have to take stairs
4. Stained beds, all walls, pillows, curtains washroom and room was dirty beyond imagination and stinks
5. No facilities in room, no toilet kits, drinking water not even toilet paper
6. The behaviour of the staffs and manager is beyond rude and they are always ready to argue and fight


Please don’t be fooled by the reviews of this place on booking.com and Google maps ( all of them are fake. All accounts have 1 review only and that too of this hotel).
Trust me it will be a nightmare and one of the worst experiences of your life if you book it.

Cons:

Tried to extort more money out of me after I'd paid for the room in full on Booking.com
Then made me pay a fee apparently so he could check my visa was legitimate. The 'breakfast included' was only a cup of tea.
