The property is located in the proximity of CNB (Kanpur Central Rly Station) that's why I chose it.
Pros:

Food was good. The quality of Paneer was a little bit disappointing but the overall taste of the food was better.

Cons:

The linens were not satisfactorily clean.

I had to call 3-4 times for every service, be it the dinner which I am ordering from my room or the cleaning of the plates which I wanted from the room

Cons:

We arrived and we're told that our reservation was cancelled because they do not have license to accept foreigners. They did not cancel the reservation with Booking com and left me with a mess to deal with to not be charged. They recommended another hotel in the RR Station area but they didn't have license either.
